An Update to Your Online Banking Login Experience
You may have noticed that the online banking login area of our website has a new look. This change was intentional and still provides a secure, easy way to log in to your online banking account. We’ve broken down some information about the update below, with a few answers to questions you might have.
Previously, you’d enter your online banking account login credentials on our website. You also had to select a radio button to pick which account type you were accessing (personal banking or business banking).
Now, when you go to our website, you’ll see buttons in place of the fields to enter credentials. Here’s what the updated area looks like:
Instead of entering your login information directly on our website, you’ll click on which online banking platform you’d like to access (personal banking or business banking). From there, you’ll be taken directly to the login page for the account type you’d like to access.
Has anything else changed?
Nope! We’ve simply updated the look and function of accessing online banking from our website. Your username and password are the same, and the convenient tools and features within online banking are the same.
Do I need to do anything?
No action is required from you.
