We’re excited to announce that Angie Scoville and Beth Prigelmeier, VP/Mortgage Loan Officers at Western State Bank, were named Minnesota Housing Top Producing Loan Officers by Minnesota Housing. They gained this recognition for their loan production in Minnesota during 2019. Angie was named at the Gold level and Beth was named at the Silver level.
“We’re so proud of Angie and Beth for achieving this distinction,” said Western State Bank VP/Mortgage Production Manager Roxanne Miller Fliginger. “It really goes to show how much they care and do for their customers.”
About Minnesota Housing and the Top Producer Loan Officer Program
Minnesota Housing supports and strengthens homeownership by partnering with local loan officers to provide affordable homebuyer loans. First-time and repeat homebuyers can access programs with fixed interest rates and downpayment loans up to $17,000.
The Minnesota Housing Top Producer Loan Officer Program recognizes outstanding loan officers biannually at three levels: Platinum, Gold and Silver. Loan officers meeting the requirements for each level, based on regional production, are recognized as top producers.
“We applaud these Top Producing Loan Officers for demonstrating a deep understanding of Minnesota Housing homebuyer loan programs and helping Minnesota families realize the dream of homeownership,” said Minnesota Housing Commissioner Jennifer Leimaile Ho.
