Larry Moyer is Senior Vice President/Business Banking Officer based out of our Scottsdale location. 

He joined Western State Bank in August 2021. His duties include new business development, growing the loan and deposit portfolio for business clients, providing financing solutions to new and existing business customers, and building strong relationships with clients, community members, and internal departments.

Larry joins Western with several years of banking experience, previously serving in commercial loan officer and senior business relationship manager roles. He is originally from Erie, PA, and earned a bachelor of science degree in marketing with a minor in finance from Gannon University.

Larry resides in Desert Ridge - Phoenix and serves as Director for the AZ Commercial Mortgage Lenders Association.
