  • Text Banking

    Use text banking* to access your accounts from your phone if you do not have Internet access or Internet access is not available. Simply request information by sending simple text commands to 99588. Check account balances and view recent transaction history can be done with Text Banking.

    If you are already enrolled in Online Banking, you can enroll in Text Banking by using these simple instructions. To enroll in Personal Online Banking, click here.

    Mobile commands available to use with your Text Banking from Western include:

    • “B”, “BAL, “BALANCE” – View your account balance
    • “HIST, “HISTORY” = View your most recent transaction history. Not all pending transactions may display.
    • “HELP” or “HLP” – Request basic customer support.
    • “ATM” plus the zip code, city, or state for the ATM – Use to locate a nearby ATM.
    • “BRANCH” plus the zip code, city, or state for the bank – Use to locate a nearby Western State Bank location.
    • “BOTH” plus the zip code, city or state for the bank – Use to locate a nearby Western State Bank location and ATM.
    • “STOP” – Text this command to cancel Text Banking from your phone

    *Internet access is not required. Check with your cellular carrier for fees and terms that may apply for SMS text messaging.

     
  • Mobile Deposit

    Deposit a check right from your phone! All you have to do is log in to Mobile Banking, take a photo with your phone of the check(s) you want to deposit and submit – it’s that simple!

  • Mobile Wallet

    Western’s Mobile Wallet allows you to pay with simply the tap of your phone! After entering in your debit card information, Mobile Wallet will take the place of your debit card allowing you to pay with your smartphone. Mobile Wallet is compatible with Android Pay™, Apple Pay™ and Samsung Pay™. To use mobile wallet view the set up instructions below.

  • Notifi

    Notifi is a real time alert system that enables customers to choose what they want to be alerted about, how those alerts are received and when they are received.

    To enroll, simply log on to Online Banking. Click Enroll, and specify how you would like to see your alerts. You can choose to receive alerts through email, text message or both. You can also set up Do Not Disturb options for your alerts.
