Digital Services Online Banking Process

Thank you for opening a business banking account with Western State Bank!

If you've decided you'd like to use our business online banking products, here's what to expect next.

Next steps:

1. Your banker will reach out to the Digital Services team and provide preliminary information to us.
2. After that, one of our treasury management specialists will reach out to you to gather the necessary information to build your online banking profile.
3. Once we have the information we need, our treasury management specialists will create the paperwork and agreements needed to complete your online banking profile setup. 
4. We'll send you the necessary paperwork and agreements for your signature, to be signed either electronically or in person at your Western State Bank location.
