Heather serves as the Customer Service Manager at Western State Bank in West Fargo, ND. She assists customers with processing transactions, identifies customer needs, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Heather joined Western in 2019 as a Customer Service Representative. She's originally from Valley City, ND, and currently resides in Fargo. She received her Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration from the Minnesota School of Business.
