Active in our communities.

It takes all of us to make our communities better. Here are some of the ways we give back.

Team member involvement.

Western team members get involved, whether it’s with Habitat for Humanity or the local chamber of commerce. Over the past five years, our team members have used more than 1,500 combined hours of paid time off to volunteer for community causes, organizations, and activities.

Ongoing contributions.

We contribute to local needs that make our communities stronger. Each December, our Cause in Your Community program provides financial support to local nonprofit organizations nominated by our customers.

School support.

Whether it’s the Firebirds, Mustangs, Packers, Hawks, Cougars, Spartans, or surrounding schools, we join our neighbors to support our hometown teams.
