J.R. has almost 20 years of business banking experience in both relationship management and leadership roles. As an Arizona native, he earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Northern Arizona University and an MBA from the University of Arizona’s Eller School of Management.
J.R. is passionate about building mutually beneficial business relationships while providing deposit banking, treasury management and commercial lending solutions to a wide range of industries using a consultative approach.
He is a member of the Arizona Builders Alliance and other local networking groups. He also serves as an advisory board member for the House of Refuge Sunnyslope and frequently volunteers for local non-profit organizations and private schools.
