Randall Gaston is the Market President for our Arizona locations. He leads the business banking and commercial lending teams, cultivates client relationships, and develops market strategies. 

Randall is originally from Utah and earned a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix. He is a Pacific Coast Banking School graduate.
