Lisa Uhlenkamp started with Western State Bank in October 2000. She began her employment working as a customer service representative, moving into the customer service supervisor position in 2002. Lisa continued her career advancing into personal banking in 2012, consumer lending in 2013, and home loans in 2018. Lisa's most recent move came in 2022, assuming the responsibilities of retail banking manager in Devils Lake.

"Over these years, I've gained not only professionalism and knowledge, but also a fantastic group of coworkers which I consider another family. I would not be where I am today without the guidance, support and trust of not only this company, but also my family.
