Matthew M. Oachs is the Market President based out of our West Fargo bank location. His duties include providing leadership to Western’s business banking team and forging solid partnerships with new and current customers. Matt also provides bank leadership and insights in order to optimize market growth opportunities.

After graduating from Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM), Matt became heavily invested in the Fargo/Moorhead community. He has served as the MSUM Dragon Fire President and graduated from the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber Leadership Program and Dakota School of Banking. Matt also serves on various boards at his church.

Matt’s favorite part of the job is building relationships with his clients. It’s important for him to be accessible, so customers can reach him when they need his help. After making their financial lives easier, he’s always excited to watch their business thrive.
